After two years and three general contractors, the Doubletree Hotel in Monroe Township, NJ simply proved to be too much of a herculean task for the locals. Then East Coast Remodeling got called in from the bullpen. That is the difference between being a general contractor and specifically being a hotel renovator. Our principal took on the project himself and wrestled it into completion within (9) months in accordance with all local building codes basically including all (16) Divisions of Construction from parking lots to elevators, plumbing, electrical, swimming pool, ballrooms, restaurant & market place, commercial kitchen work, upholstery, FFE, painting & wallcovering and yes, even making the beds so that the hotel was guest ready for hotel operations to take control and get the revenue stream flowing. Now, the hotel is prosperous and is a shining beacon of a job well done.
