Painting and wallcovering is how we got started, and is still our primary service offering to this day. It all started with the first hotel, the Hilton Pontiac Stadium in Troy Michigan in 1985, when the Dallas Cowboys flew into Michigan to play the Detroit Lions. That was 39 years ago and hundreds of projects since then. Now we offer our clients and new prospective clients a “Guest Ready” product for their projects. Decorative remodeling from demolition out to final finishes including installation of FFE and making the beds, literally. Most of our work comes from repeat clients, which eliminates unwanted surprises and is bespoke of custom-tailored customer service.
We do not have elaborate offices and unnecessary overhead, instead we continue to reinvest in our most valuable asset, our team. All personnel are cross trained, UNIFORMED professionals with OSHA certifications and most importantly to our clients, acutely aware that guest satisfaction is always the number one priority. When it comes to renovations, we are sometimes seen, but never heard, our jobsites are clean and always ready for those unannounced inspections from ownership & management, municipal inspectors and the discerning eye of the guests. Because of our firm but professional approach, It is not uncommon for us to hear the comment, “Where did you “guys” come from?”
